As a facilitator I usually include gamification as a way to make workshops more engaging. It would be nice if we had some sort of virtual points (or Miro Dollars) to give to participants in a board, as a way to gamify participation on activities.Β
The board owner could distribute money (or points) as a reward for board editors once they complete exercises, etc.
Miro should keep track of how many points each person has, maybe display a ranking of who has more points, etc.Β

This will help some of our brainstorm sessions to βnudgeβ those lurkers who just sit and watch while the others are ideating like crazy! π€― Reward the people who actually take part! Ka-ching!
