Levels of complexity in the UI


being able to have several levels of complexity in the UI could help collaborators to a workshop in Miro in adopting the workflow they are new to. Even if Miro is very simple and easy to learn, it keeps on being a challenge to collaborate with some people.

Basic level for users new to Miro and with very limited creation options, no unlocking possibility, no sharing and so on.

Intermediate level for creative collaboration

Expert level for setting up the boards, templates, user management, presentation, …

Features and rights to be evaluated of course based on very different use cases/personas. Glad to help here since I have 6y experience in using Miro in profit, non-profit, governmental and education context with all kinds of users (from tech averse people to early adopters and digital natives)
