I was using Scribblar to work with my students because they had a nice latex editor. They are crawling, so I switched over to Miro as it is cheaper.
The reason why this is so important to me is that I am an online math teacher who has many students who have dysgraphia - they struggle to write. Having a nice equation editor is an important tool for them to learn. Kids who should be able to learn math are not able to write it, hence, learn it.
I hope that someone will take up this project.

Very much a required feature for me to allow me to use it in our environment which at times requires some math expressions. For me a use case would be to be able to add text to shapes as per normal but with inline latex eg:
This equation $\E=mc^{2}$ describes the relationship between Energy and Mass.
