Drag Note onto Nodes to add to MindMap

I want to do the exact opposite of this request:

I love brainstorming with Notes/Comments. I can create Notes in bulk (or not) and not have to make a decision where they live. I get to rearrange once I get them on the board. Then I might want to create a hierarchy of those notes, such as building a Work Breakdown Structure, etc. 

It would be helpful to drag a note onto the end of a node of a mindmap (to expand the map). Ideally there would be some way to keep the comment attached.
