Hello, We use Miro for our retros and make use of the timer function but we’re finding ourselves stopping the timer manually before it runs out because the sound it makes is just too loud.Is there any way to adjust it or if not, could this be implemented? Thank you

Hello.My question is simple, I tried to find an answer to my issue but there’s no answer at all.Miro doesn’t let me use copy/paste functions when I click on the 3-dots menu of any object, it shows me the message: These actions are unavailable via context menu. Please use: CTRL+C for copy and CTRL+V for paste. And when I try to use CTRL+C and CTRL+V, nothing happens.And before someone ask me a silly question if I’m using the desktop or web app, of course I’m using the web app and since I said “click”, it means that I’m on a pc, not a mobile device.Just give me a straight answer why it’s not possible to copy/paste a simple object: line, square, circle, star, text block, etc., using the integrated menu of any object?...I think this question doesn’t requires a scientific level to answer it...is just about the copy/paste function that I’m talking here, nothing more, not trying to do something of other dimension either.
I developed a program that reads a database with information on one column and classification on another. Then it uploads the info as stick note items and attach its classification as a tag. But when I run the program, the stick notes appear on the board, but I need to refresh the page to see the tags.Is there a way to show the classification without refreshing, or make the API refresh the page?The program is not an app on Miro, it is just a Python script with a tkinter interface.
I feel frustrated when I try to copy and paste stickies and I see only the text from the sticky instead. Sometimes it works and only 1% of the time. I have been asked on Twitter to clear cache etc. That hasn’t worked either. I have changed browsers also, same thing thing. Is there anything I can do to help make this experience better for me?
Hi all!I wanted to test the “limits” of a board to work on, with aprox. 70 people.I created one board, with a total of 2300 elements on it (13 times same board, for teams to work in) and with 70 people working, it was impossible.So I am trying to figure out if.I hit a limit to number of elements on a board I hit a limit with amount of people working at the same time If it is a local problem with things like working through VPN, slow mashines, bad connection.What is your experience of “limits” before it gets to laggyCheersHenrik
when input Chinese and English text into a text box, it always auto create a new line with the space between Chinese and English switch.it looks normal when I edit the text: but it always go awry when it’s out the edit mode.how can it be fixed?
Hi all, I’ve noticed in both the webapp and desktop version of Miro that there is no longer a way to present that allows you to do a “fly through” of the Frames as it zooms around the board. This appears to be replaced with the “Present frames as slides” option, and the new interactive option. This used to appear in the bottom toolbar and then was moved to the top, but now appears to be gone. See image below: Is the fly-through option still available somewhere? I much prefer to present in this mode as opposed to it mimicking Powerpoint (which is the reason I use Miro in the first place!). If you’re wondering why I prefer this, it is so that the presentation has a sense of dynamic movement to it - especially seeing as Miro does not have transition tools, I will often link different objects via arrows/lines, and use the fly-through presentation mode in place of it. Would love to know if this feature has simply been abolished, or if there is a roadmap for re-introducing it.
Hi,I’m new to Miro and just started working on my first boards.It was working great yesterday but today the boards are very slow to load and are doing some very strange. things. On the app, the boards open but I can’t navigate or edit, sometimes I get a completely black board.On the Web, it keeps telling me that it’s “reconnecting” or “reconnected”, but I can’t edit or move aroundI duplicated the board and was able to editing on the new one for less than an hour. I cut some of the widgets from the original board but still having the same problem. Please advise!

I live in the non-occupied area of Donetsk region in Ukraine. I work as a teacher and use Miro to teach my students during war and bombshells. Recently I found out that I can't have an access to my whiteboards because app thinks that my city is occupied. How can we deal with this problem?

I am looking for live advice/coaching on how to use Miro effectively with large group workshops.I would also be interested to hire someone who can co-facilitate workshops from a Miro functionality perspective. The only expertise needed is guiding participants through Miro functionality, no other subject matter expertise needed. Are you interested in this type of gig work or know someone who might be?
Hello, I’m Gennadii. I’ve been using Miro for a long time. I’ve used Miro from various devices. iPad + Macbook. Today I couldn’t use properly miro using app for iPad. I started writing using iPencil and my sentences disappeared. But I can see then on my Mac. Sounds strange but it was like that. and I’ve tried to restart my iPad and redownload miro app, it didn’t help at all. When I zoomed in - I can see all my writing, but when I zoomed out (5-4%), suddenly some letters started disappearing. Hello Miro Team!I’ve been introduced to Miro around a year ago when i started working in a startup. They were using Miro boards.I haven’t used it much since until this week Last tuesday I opened a board for quick mindmapping but when i wanted to access today, its not loading at all.I tried deleting cookies, clearing cache, incognito window, from phone browsers, phone app and everything possible. I had some quick keywords and writings there. I would be more than grateful than ever if i just have at least just screenshot of the board of the process or anything possible.P.S: now it says I can’t access or do anything because this account was blocked due inactivity??? I just opened and used it last Tuesday. Why would that even be the case? Please please please advise and help! Looking forward eagerly to hear back from you guys, With best,Anda
While I’m drawing/writing on a board with Apple Pencil on my IPad some lines disappear. If I zoom out I could barely see all the lines. But on the web version they still exist. I have asked a couple of my friends, they have the same bag. How to fix it?

I’ve shared a board with the work account, duplicated it in the work account, and then deleted the personal account.However, the duplicated board disappeared from the work account. Hi there, I was just working in my miro to make flowcharts. I usually create multiple arrows from one block to other blocks. Miro used to automatically set this arrow to the same point, but now it creates a new place everytime and sticks it to the closest area (see picture for reference of how it was vs how it is now) Is this an new update? or did I change something by accident in my settings?
Hello!Hope you can help me solve the problem. I’m a free account user. Yesterday I opened Miro on my laptop and also on a PC and there weren’t any problems. Today I can’t open anything! No Internet connection issues 100%, I’ve doublechecked. Neither the website nor the app aren’t working! The pages are empty and white and that’s it! What happened? How can I fix it?
