I can’t not move anything in the board both on brower and app. plz help
Hi All, Something’s not working the way I am expecting it to. I have a Miro account and an educational team within it. In our university’s Microsoft Teams there is an app for Miro. If I try to use this, the app prompts me for my Miro username/email, I enter this but then it seems to want me to setup a new password and account. Hi all, I recently stumbled onto the following “strange” behaviour. Create an new connector/arrow; Start text mode to add text/label to it; Input some text and then go back to the beginning and put “[] ” - trailing space is important! Observe that white space is added to the same place where the brackets used to be. It almost looks as a macro of some sort, but it is not behaving like one. Also a strange dot appears at the top. And also the new whitespace is unbreakable.Thank you! :)
Suddenly some objects cannot be selected.I have not locked them.Is there any cause other than locking that prevents selection?All but a few objects are grayed out.
Hi,I am trying to capture miro board without loosing any data field but the challenge is I want to do this without using Miro UI(from backed api call or if there is any other way).please help me to find out this solution and let me know if that can be done from backend or frontend(but without using miro) ?
I've been using Miro mainly with other people on group projects but recently this has shifted to wanting to use Miro for myself. I want to use it to structure my ideas. I have created one board on a shared team page that I want to move to my own team/page. But since I have a free account, I can either only join shared team boards or have my own. Is it possible to copy this board, leave the teams, create my own team and post the board there without losing it? I've put quite a load of work into it..Can I do this with a free Miro account at all - or would I have to purchase a Miro plan to be able to do this?
I’ve used Chrome, Safari, and the Mac Desktop app, and in each I experience the same text alignment issue: many text blocks are cut off and I’m forced to go in and delete and re-type a letter to reset the alignment. I noticed another topic in the help center was marked as resolved a year ago, but that doesn’t appear to be true…
Hi Community,during a virtual meeting I do not want to share my screen via a collaboration tool and let every participant use the MIRO-Board instead. However, while presenting embedded PDF-Slides and hopping through the slides, the slides won’t change for the other participants.Is this ordinary behavior of the tool? What is the solution approach for presenting ppt/pdf (etc.) and let all participants see when I move forward in the slidedeck?Thanks in advance.
Hello,I'm having this issue lately while using post-it. Whenever I want to draw on a post-it, even after few words, the text get smaller incredibly fast compare to what it used too. It automatically adding space to the point text get very small and I can't write anymore.. Any idea? Does it happened to you?
I sign in to Miro via SSO using my company’s enterprise account. Nobody else seems to be facing this issue. I keep several tabs to different Miro boards open all the time and throughout the day need to reference all of them. I find that every time I try to go back to one of these boards I’m signed out “due to inactivity” and need to sign in again.I can’t see any personal setting to change my session length, and it’s unlikely to be a setting for the enterprise account given that others using the same account don’t face this issue. I’ve tried flushing cache & cookies, using a different browser, different device etc. and nothing works.Anything I can do?
I can’t seem to be able to connect Slack and Miro. Do you need a paid account to do that? I’m new here but love it so far!
I'm having some problems when using Miro with my students, first of all, I used to be able to create videochats, but now, when they enter my videochats, their board becomes all white and they can't hear me.... I have been using miro for 2 months and this started 3 weeks ago and the temporary solution is for me to enter the sessions that they create, this seems to be fixing it, but it would be great to be able to make videochats again. The second problem is with a specific student: our sessions are always breaking down because her miro shows a sign saying "Our webpage had a problem and it's going to refresh the page" This happens every 5 minutes. Do you have any advice/solution?
Hey Guys Due to my ADHD I need a solution to bring information into Miro quite fast. The thing is I need to catch very small thoughts or I forget them almost immediately. Therefore I tried integrating newly added Tasks from Google Tasks as cards into a specified frame with Zapier, but that didn't work out. I don't want to pay for another online tool, and the free version of Zapier just gives me one zap every 15 minutes. And even this doesn't work reliable, can't tell why. If it would work, this would be a huge win for me, adding to the already live-changing possibilities Miro gave to me.None of the integrations I looked into so far seem to do what I want from them, just quickly catch my thoughts in every situation, at best within seconds, and putting it on my board, so that I can include it into my workflow later.
This calendar view shown below is my favorite for long term planning. I would love to have it in a Miro board. Before I embark on creating 365+ little boxes and aligning them, do any Miro wizards out there have any suggestions for how to make something like this?

It worked with a link to another Miro board, and then I had very nice icon. Well done ;)But with some other URL, no way .. Is there any specific format that should be used ? I recently found two boards on my account that weren’t mine and six users I hadnt added. One user I had added to view a board a year ago, closed down the board, but didn’t knew I also needed to remove her as a user. When I found the security glitch, I removed all the users she had added from the account. They then proceeded to request access, which I denied. Later they somehow reaccessed the account and their boards. I then removed all external link access, as well as the users, once again. They no longer can access their boards.The external users have since claimed this was unintentional access to my account. My question to the Miro community is how this could’ve actually been unintentional, and how after I removed them as users they were still able to reaccess the account (before I removed all link access).Adding that this is a free account.
When I load a Board in Miro’s Windows Desktop App (quite a bit of content, sidenote… a Feature Request would be to report Memory Size of a Board in the Details Dialogue Window) it takes forever.But the same Board in the Edge Browser takes no time.Anyone experiencing this?
I have a company account and i am part of a team ZT with the free plan, while some of my colleagues have the paid version and have the PE team where i can only see the boards that are share with me.Since ZT team is on the free plan, there can only be 3 boards and everyone sees them.But if i use another account (eg personal email) i also have the 3 boards that are private and i can share them eventually.So I am not understanding why with the company account i don’t have those 3 free personal boards that every base account have, but only 3 board shared with everyone.Shouldn't I have, say, a personal team where i can have 3 personal boards? Здравствуйте, сегодня 4 ноября мой файл в Миро перестал грузится ,затем он загрузился но вся информация в файле стерлась😟😞😞😞Я даже не успел ее сдубдировать- файл был очень объемный и ценный для меня и я проделал много работы и завтра у меня презентация проекта- и все коту под хвост из-за Миро,черт, прошу помогите,как мне восстановить файл и содержимое в нем-сделайте пожалуйста что-нибудь ….🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Hello - in the Monthly Planner template, it shows a number for the amount of tasks that day, is there any way to delete that or not show it?
