I tried to buy a Miro starter plan, and there are 2 transactions from my card. I suppose there was a mistake because my plan is still free but the money was transacted 2 times. How can I solve this problem?
Please add the feature to see who has viewed the board and when it was viewed. I’m sure this information is available as we can certainly see who is “in” a board at a given time frame so it would be a relatively simple matter for your great developers to add such a feature. Thank you!
I see, there are some ready solutions of this issue, anywayI’m writing chemical formulas in table (H2O, NaCl and so on), and there is no way to add subsripts here. Is there any chance to add this function to Miro?
I have a number of tables on a Board with cells containing text (groups have summarised their key issues in text)I now want to turn those cells into stickies. Ideally I would like to select a group of cells and then copy and create a batch of stickies from those cells. However all this does is copy the section of the table and then paste the cells. I have tried to copy from the table to a spreadsheet so I can then do the bulk sticky creation in the reverse direction. But I do not appear to be able to copy out of MIRO.Suggestions - Am I missing something?
I used a board in a class last semester with the free account, where I sent the public link to the students, and, if I remember correctly, they were able to edit via the public link without registering for Miro accounts. Is this a feature that existed in the past as I am remembering it, and am i right that it looks like this is not something that is possible today? Thansk
I’m attempting to pay for a starter account and can’t complete the transaction. I check the Upgrade button, fill in the appropriate required fields (cc, etc.) and when all fields are completed, the blue “Purchase” button remains greyed out and not allowing me to purchase the monthly Starter Plan. I’d like to pay monthly for 1 member subscription, but it will not allow. I’ve read other suggestions in the community, but have not been able to get to a paid subscription upgrade.Please advise.Mike
I want to have non-registered Miro users come to my website and use an embedded Miro board but I don't want Miro ads popping up asking them to either sign up or create an account so they could display their real name. I also want control of the board so I can programmatically set permissions on the board, create the board from a copy of another board, or use the API however else I chose too. I don't understand what the boardPicker does exactly, I see there's a client ID, so that leads me to think there's some type of authentication that could possibly run a board as a service account. If what I'm thinking is true, would multiple non registered users be able to interact with the board or are there limitations? Thanks,John
Hiya, I’m trying to figure out how to make use the trackpad as I would on a mac. At the moment when I use two fingers to ‘scroll’ nothing happens and I have to use fingers to move around, it’s pretty annoying and kind of ruins the experience. How can I make this work?
I was invited by a co-worker to a miro board in his own space. When working together, I could use the feature “Bring everyone to me”.Then I thought it might be a good idea to create a miro account on my own. But since then I cannot use this feature anymore. It says “only available for team members”. It doesn’t help to log off neither. I don’t understand the sense of this and I really would like to know how to restore my ability to bring everyone to me in this collaboration.Any help ist highly appreciated. Thank you very much!

Hi all! I'm building an app which has to write a few hundred post its to a board at once. However, it's quite slow now as I have to make the POST requests many times in sequence rather than as one big batch. Could I ask if there are any suggestions to overcome this? I tried search but couldn't find any information on a batch request functionality. Thanks. Cheers!
Hi everyone,About 4 months ago I was working on an affinity project in excel and was pleasantly surprised to discover that bulk pasting colored cells into Miro from Excel created stickies of comparable colors. This was awesome. However, this no longer seems to work. Copying from Excel and pasting into Miro gives me yellow stickies regardless of the colors in Excel. In contrast, this still works when copying from Sheets. For NDA reasons, I cannot use Google suite at my company.Can someone confirm that bulk pasting colored stickies from Excel still/no longer creates colored stickies in Miro? Am I just not doing it right? Have I lost my mojo?Thanks//A
I am listed as the Owner of a board and cannot edit it any longer (in this image/the 2nd board, I am Traci and logged into my Miro account as Traci). I only have 3 active boards in the free account and the board I want to edit, I can no longer edit.

My company has an enterprise account and I know we can import multiple Azure cards to Miro, but it would be great to bulk import all stories from a feature or all features from an Epic. Right now, when I start an import, it shows that we can filter by Azure/ADO project, but when I try to do that, there are not options to select. We have hundreds and hundreds of projects in ADO, so not sure why I have to search by ID number. This is especially laborious when preparing for PI Planning where we have 12 different teams participating. It takes forever to get all of the features and stories into Miro. If we could put in the ID number for the feature and it returns a selectable list of stories that are linked with an option to select all that would save so much time for us!
Hi, We developed an oAuth integration and other miro users already using it. We want switch to free account, but we are not sure our oAuth app integration will be still available in the app market. Some platforms could remove free accounts after some time.
Hi there - apologies if not right place to post. I can’t seem to login to my account via the android app. I just receive a pop up saying “incorrect email format”.Needless to say, I double x quadruple checked the email - and it is exactly the same as the email I use login to the website and this community forum as well.I have tried clearing the cache on the android app and deleting in re-installing the app as well. Any help or tips appreciated!
It seems to be a no-brainer - just paste the URL to the board and you will have the LinkedIn profile thumbnail show up.This just doesn’t work for me. Anybody else experiencing problems?Please help me do the trick,Thanks

When you go to https://webwhiteboard.com and press the button “share board” you get a shareable link like https://webwhiteboard.com/RrLhnFUb3lNDLSDxxx/.Is there a way to directly create a board and get a shareable link? I checked the Miro API, but it seems that you can’t use it to create web whiteboards. Thanks, Leif
