Error al usar PLANNER for Jira, cuando muevo un issue de una columna a otra

Hoy dejó de funcionar la actualización de un campo Custom de Jira al intentar mover un Issue de una columna a otra.Sigue funcionando si uso el campo Status como columnas, pero si uso otro campo, me indica el siguiente error: It looks like you don't have the correct permissions to complete this action.¿habrá habido un cambio recientemente de permisos?

Giving "View-only Access" to visitors (customers) on Starter Plan

Hi, as part of my training service I am giving access to my workshop templates for my customers to duplicate and use for their own purposes (e.g. like a public facing Google Doc)I am on the Starter plan, I don’t want them to become members, rather just access the board via the password-enabled public link, duplicate and use it how they wish on their own accounts.I have read the help articles on how to restrict / limit visitors from joining my team in the Settings/Permissions and think I have this set up correctly to avoid joining my team.My questions are:Is my idea possible without having to change my plan;are there limits to how many visitors can access the board and;if there are any changes in the future regarding how plans work could this disrupt my service offering or is the public access part going to remain the same regardless of plans?

Authorize Web SDK app on individual boards only

I have found this topic, but it’s 3 years old. Is there a way to enable a web sdk plugin to selected boards only?If an app is installed in a team, and a user has authorized it, then the app will be able to access any boards opened by the same user, which sounds like a security concern to me.Is my understanding correct? How to prevent this? Does the workaround of creating a team and installing the app only in that team still do the job, like mentioned in the linked question?Thanks!

Why were all external guest deleted from my board? System failure?

HiTwo weeks ago I discovered that all external guests (20+) were deleted from my Miroboard. And I cannot figure out why this happened and how. Has there been a change in the system? I have NOT deleted all guests and cannot explain or find out what happened.Thanks for your help and hints.Vanessa

Sizing the MindMap Board

Is there a way to size the whole board, other than in 25% increments?  For instance, 75% might be a bit too small, but 100% is too big, but 85 or 90% would be a best fit.

Moving swimlanes in BPMN diagrams: inconsistent behavior

Using swimlanes in BPMN diagrams leads to a two-fold inconsistencies which I could not resolve:Some BPMN objects are connected to the swimlane some not. This means that some objects are moving with the moving swimlane some not. What’s the reason? I’m using heavily the linking feature between objects in the board. However, sometimes the little blue arrow gets very very small sometimes not. This is 1:1 related with the behavior described in 1).Any hint how to resolve these issues? Bernhard

Emojis don't work in Firefox

The button to add an emoji in a board does nothing in Firefox, neither can you see emojis added by others.Tested on Firefox/124.0, Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. Official Canonical binary, verified in two laptops with two different accounts.Please don’t just test stuff in Chrome 😦

Integrate Okta with Bubble

everyone! I'm new to Bubble and Okta and building a page using Bubble. I've already implemented login workflow compatible with okta. Now I'm going to introduce multi-factor authentication provided from okta for password reset workflow. If I press the 'reset' button, a request that enroll email MFA function in okta should be delivered(I might be wrong. But this is what I have learned from research). In this case, where does the request reach and how is it structured?I researched okta documents and other forums, but the answers were different and didn't worked for me. Hello Miro Community,I have a few questions regarding the classification of boards using the four categories (Public, Internal, Confidential, Restricted) and the automatic classification updates. Invite Panel Change: After applying a classification to a board, will there be any changes to the invite panel? If so, what kind of changes should I expect? Permissions to Change Classification: Can owners, co-owners, and editors change the classification of a board? Who is responsible for managing and changing these classifications? Specifically, who can change the classification in the backend, not just on the board itself? From my understanding, while owners can change the classification directly on the board, adding or managing general classification options might only be possible for the enterprise account owner. Could someone confirm or correct this?Thank you for your help!Lila

I often paste table data from a database, autofit the whole table?

I often copy data from another application to the clipboard. I then paste it into Miro and normally I get the Paste as table option which is great.Is there a way that the table can auto fit the content. This is a real time waster for me as I need to resize the tables every time manually.It would be nice if there was a button to auto size to the current content.I assume this functionality does not exist at the moment?  Is this something that can be added or maybe even done via a plugin?

hello - I have imported a Visio diagram, but can’t edit…..searches suggested I should be able to see the ‘pencil’ icon to edit when i click on the diagram - but not showing.have the Business level access - wondering if this is an Enterprise feature??TIA

[BUG] Issue with indented bullets with hyperlink

When text boxes include indented bullets with hyperlinks, they are automatically moved to a new independent line.   The hyperlink acts fine when the text box is edited. Please fix this ASAP, as I believe it was not an issue a while ago.When text box is selectedWhen the same text box is unselected

Anyone using Miro & Jira together found how to generate team metrics?

Just wondering if anyone has found any nice workarounds for this, as we’re hoping we’re not the only once who have tried this!Background: We’ve been using a hybrid setup for our software development teams for a few years: Miro for visualising our kanban boards and status of work items, and Jira to hold the details for each user story/task as it’s developed. We use the Jira Cards feature to create Jira cards from Miro. This gives us the benefits of Miro’s flexibility and Jira’s integration with developer tools. We’re using simple Miro tables to design our boards rather than the specific Kanban or Planner tools right now because it’s given us the most flexibility when desigining boards.Problem: Data! We have no way of automatically collecting data for metrics because the Miro board tells us the status of a card from its position in the table/board, not the Jira status field, so Miro is effectively just a picture on a screen and not data-driven. That means we’re blind to when work started

Preview excel file visually and on click of anywhere of that it should take to original file.

In miro board, I want to embed excel in a way that the snapshop preview is visible in board and on click of anywhere of that snapshot it should take to the original location of the excel file. The excel file is saved in sharepoint of my company.  I kind of tried it once with one test file and it looks something as attached. But now i cant remember what I did in first place to get it. On click of object this toolbar appears but I dont know what I did in first place. I can see nice preview of excel file.   After retrying multiple options like embed url, or url the link is enabled on right corner (which is what I dont want). I want to click anywhere on the excel preview and then it should take to original file.

Export Board with Chinese Text

Hi,I can export all other boards in high quality on my paid account. However, a colleague transferred owners to me for a board with Chinese text and I am unable to export in high quality. Is the reason because of the typefont for the Chinese text?

Moving Objects Bug

Hello! A month or somewhat ago I noticed an upsetting bug.First, I create a transparent rectangle with thick frames to highlight an area and then some notes are made in that area. Second, I want to delete/move this rectangle but the notes are deleted/moved as well! I didn’t group my notes and the rectangle and it seems that there’s nothing I can do about that myself. Please fix this!
