I have the free option, and one of the boards from one day to the next stopped working, when I open it, it shows me the board for 2 seconds and then it stays stuck, it does not allow me to zoom, and when I try it, the entire board it looks white.I tried everything recommended by Miro, but I still have the same problem.
Hi there, We are trying to integrate embed live miro board in our web app, it is working when users logged in miro. But when they are not login and I click on sign in, it will open a new tab to authenticate and after authentication it will close tab but frame is not automatically loading board. Do you have any idea what I have to do to resolve it?
Hi, so today a few fellow students and I found out that our professor removed us from the team he invited us to for several classes. On it were several boards we made ourselves and that we need for classes that are still ongoing. We also have deadlines relevant for said classes coming up in just half a month. There was a lot of work put into those boards and now we find out they are apparently gone/deleted when he removed us from the team.In the trashbin it says that we are able to restore boards up to 30 days after deletion, but we can’t access the team right now. Is there any way to get them back? If we click on links to the lost boards, it just tells us that the board was deleted and to „contact the owner to restore the board“..
Starting with Zoom, I want to add the Affinity App and utilize this to conduct an affinity workshop.
This will be a Workshop with five to a dozen participants and a facilitator. I want to use Zoom for the general workspace. Add the Whiteboard app. Add the Miro Affinity app (template). Each participant will submit sticky notes that everyone can see. The facilitator can move the stickies around to group them under headers and columns. Is this possible?
Hi everybody, I am working on a Miro board that is quite extensive and takes a lot of space on the screen, therefore the user might need to scroll from one side to the other to find what they want.I am wondering if it is possible to add hyperlinks that takes the user to a specific location within the board itself. More or less like we have in word when we have a very long document. This way, when they click on a specific word it takes them straight to a specific frame of the miro board they are working on.
Hi there, the following code works great for me.wis = await miro.board.selection.get()text = wis.plainTextconsole.log(text)Now I would like to get the dates when the widget (sticker) was created and which date it has been last modified.I can’t find the correct documentation on this topic. Can someone help me?Kind regardsAustin
All,I’m using Miro for a collaboration group for one of my clients - they want to brand the boards with their logo and make it feel as though it is their own space.Anyone done this to good effect? Willing to share an example you’re proud of.Keen to see how you used logos, colors and fonts. ThanksCate

With Miro having infinite board space how does everyone decide on what topics/projects/ideas warrant having their own boards vs grouping many topics/projects/ideas into bigger ‘master, boards?I’m really keen to understand how others decide what becomes a Miro ‘team’ or ‘project’ - at the moment we have one team for our agency with clients having multiple project boards but I’m exploring each client having a single project with loads in it!What does everyone else do?
Hello,I am interested in using Miro to run innovation sessions at my company. Each session will have a different group of people. It appears that Miro is designed with teams in mind. Does this mean I need to create a new team for every session (is there a limit to the amount of teams I can create if so)? Or can I simply create a board and invite people without having to worry about creating a team?I am currently using the free version just to explore, but happy to upgrade to a paid version for myself if that changes anything. I apologize in advance if the answer to this is already provided somewhere. I’ve searched the help site and community but couldn’t find it.
Hello! I have a free account and 3 boards are enough for me, but one of my board has become a view only, I duplicated it and it was said that another one will become a view only, I accepted but the one that I tried to duplicate hasn't appeared and now I have just one board that I can edit 😪
uploading (or drag and drop) a PDF onto a project board which I have done many times before and suddenly I am unable to as the message I get is the size is too large . The PDF's are approximately 400 to 460kb but pixels are too large. This is impacting on getting an image that is crisp for teams to collaborate on. I have used other work arounds but they are not as good quality or takes far too long to do. MIRO needs to be able to handle PDF uploads of a larger size - too limiting
Hello MIRO Community,When I am using MIRO app on my MacBook and I click on the Timer, it does not bring up the Timer and the icon remains blue. It also removes the map from the bottom of the board. This has only started to happen the last 3 weeks. Has anyone have this happen to them?I prefer to use the app, but I think as a stop gap, I can use the web version of MIRO. Thanks for your help!
