Hi Miro Community, We’re so excited to let you know that the Estimation app is now available to all users on paid plans! The estimation process is designed to help your team predict the amount of effort required to bring a project across the finish line ― often used in Agile product development practices. Create Miro sticky notes and cards, or bring Jira development tasks onto a Miro board to make it easier to estimate, and add design files or diagrams for more visual context To make the estimation process more inclusive, give everyone an opportunity to cast a vote, empowering individuals and sidestepping the bias of group thinking Once voting is done, you can start an agreement session to go through results and focus on the tasks where team members disagree Remove the hassle of manually updating estimates in Jira and sync them with t
Now you can set up voting ahead of time to save time during online meetings and workshops while making them more engaging and interactive. Prepare your voting session as you normally would (select its duration, decide how many votes per person you want to allocate, pick the voting area and types of objects your collaborators can vote for). After that, click on 'Save to vote later' and come back to your voting session when its time comes.

Select from six emojis to express how you feel at any time during a meeting or workshop Participants can raise their hands and facilitators will get notified Facilitators can lower hands The reactions feature is available for all users, and board owners will be able to turn the option on and off. Visit the Help Center article to learn more and let us know what you think!

Hey Miro Fam 👋,We have a cool new update for all you who run retros, workshops and brainstorm sessions. Introducing Private Mode, a new feature that allows you to create space to share input. Give teams a private space to reword, prepare and reflect within a meeting, encouraging more feedback and diverse insights. How it works: Any editor on the board can activate Private mode. While the mode is active, participants can enter their opinions on sticky notes in private, with the content invisible to others (authors will continue to be visible). Any of the editors can end the mode and upon ending, contents of all sticky notes will be revealed.
