Hi all,
I am new at Miro. I downloaded the app (on Mac IOS) and after a test-drive I wanted to upgrade my subscription. However, when I click on the ‘Upgrade’ button (blue in the top right corner) the GUI of the app get’s a bit darker and for five seconds I see it loading and then it all stops and just sits there.
I tried the same online and same effect.
Not sure what to do next or what could be the cause of the Upgrade not working.
