New here - Help re Inviting to a board

Hello, I am new here and was hoping you could provide a little bit of help or guidance.  We are finding we are inviting individuals to our boards, but they are somehow managing to sign up for a 7 day trial (which we don’t want).   Is there a way to bypass this so individuals can’t sign up for a 7 day free trial?

Thank you

Jodie

Hi @Jodie Fullerton

Thanks for joining Miro!

When adding members to the team, instead of immediately adding them as a paying seat, they will first be added as Trial Members. Giving new members 7 days full access to your teams' boards and paid functionality, enabling collaboration without committing immediately to cost. New member trials begin when they open a board. Trial members become paid members if no action is taken by the end of the trial.

In case you don’t want users to take Trial Licenses, then I recommend inviting anonymous Guest editors. Once you make a board accessible for anonymous Guest editors, anyone with the board link can immediately start editing the board content. You can share the link with as many Guest editors as you need. Hope this helps!
