Question

I Accidentally Set a Board Share to No Access to Team- its completely gone now

I accidentally clicked no access to all team members on a Miro Board share. The board is completely gone even for myself and I created it.

Please tell me there is a way to get it back?!

@Amanda Hoopingarner - Only the board owner can change this back.

If you know who owns the board (usually the person who created it) you could email them and ask that they change it back. If you don’t know who this is, if you try to open the board, e.g., from your browser history, you should have a Request access button and could click that - the owner should receive an email and can grant it.

Hello Robert,

Thank you for your reply. The issue is, is that I am the owner!

@Amanda Hoopingarner - If you are currently signed into Miro using the email address that is linked to the Miro user account profile that is the owner of the board, then you will still be able to access it.

So, you are either

  1. Not the board owner.
  2. Not signed into Miro using the email address that is the owner of the board.

However, for a definitive answer, you will need to open a Miro support ticket:

Learning center → Get help → Support
