Hi, we’re using Google Chrome in Mac to access Miro.
Some guest editors can't access public board, and displayed sign up page or “Join your company in Miro”. If I use secret window or another browser, I can access public board.
We tried delete cookies and caches.
What might be the problem?

Thanks for checking in with us! For boards with public access, collaborators do not need to sign up to access the board. However, if they tried to access the board before it was set for public access and then tried again after it was made publicly accessible it is possible that the system asks them to sign up. The fact that public access works for you when using an incognito window shows that the issue is to do with local settings of the browser. I can see that you already tried to delete all cookies and caches but may I ask you again to clear your browsing data, close and open your browser and access the board again?
