Hi

I have purchased 4 licences for my team but we also want to open some of the boards to the wider team? When I add none team members on a free licence they don’t seem to be able to edit a none project board? Is it the case that everybody in the company needs a full licence if they ant to contribute to a board?

Thanks

Ian

Hi Ian,

Non-team members can only be viewers and commenters, they cannot edit boards they’re invited to, create their own boards in the team and cannot access team shared boards and projects.

To invite collaborators to some of your boards with editing rights but without adding them as team members with full license, you can also invite them as anonymous guest editors (invited users who are already logged in their Miro profile in their browser will appear with their user name on the board).

I hope this helps!
