Dear community,

today I am happy and excited to be able to share with you 2 blog posts related to the topic of remote work. Since it is an all-time-hot topic, I believe for some of you it will come in handy and serve as a good guideline and source of information related to remote work.

We are in the outsourcing/offshoring industry, have been working as a distributed team for 3 years, and are currently fully remote. We shared some insights about our approach towards managing remote teams and ensuring business continuity in our first two blog posts.

Give them a read and we would highly appreciate any feedback that comes our way :)

Thank you :hugging:

Thanks for sharing @Martina Crnkovic

It’s a good article and I agree with the pyramid of needs for remote workers. I could use a new desk chair myself. That’s just a core need for working anywhere

Thanks, Kyle! :)

Exactly, so often we forget to get back to the basics - a good foundation is everything!

Last week we launched or new blog post - featuring Miro :hugging:

It would mean a world to me if you would take a look and share some feedback on the topic.

The topic is remote training and workshops: https://q-xperience.com/remote-training-and-workshops-preparation-materials-and-delivery/
