Or at least my account can...I was just enabling Guest Editor for a board in my Consultant Plan and there it is: Adding a password to boards for view, comment, and edit - password has to be at least 8 characters. 

I wanted to share a simple, yet effective technique for hiding content on a Miro board that I first saw used by Greg Kozera during his Virtual Miro User Group presentation: V-MUG03: How to add gamification to your facilitation with Miro.Throughout his presentation, Greg kept his talking points hidden under rectangles that were the same colour as their surrounding, and only revealed the content as he was ready to talk about it. Please Miro Gods! Almighty pros! Tell me I can define a finite space so my non-native-late-adopters can stop getting lost.  I realize they can click on "me" to get back, but the stress of it all is robbing me of workshop time and the participants of a stress free experience.  Would also love to be able to lock half the features so I can introduce people to one tool at a time. Is that a thing?  Cortisol + learning curve+ more space than we need= creativity drain. 

Hi Everyone, I’d like to share some context then I’ll dive into the meat of the question. I am a UX/Product designer that is currently leading a small volunteer team that is working through how we can improve the experience of working remotely for our company. One continual pain-point has been the lack of ability to quickly move from discussion, to drawing out the idea or concept being described. So we did some quick testing of different apps and some discovery work with different hardware solutions and decided we would like to see Miro + iPads tested with a larger group.    The feature set of a digital communication tool like Miro is new to us, really to the company at large. The UX team has done some dabbling in testing tools like this, but nothing ever stuck. So to frame the type of experimentation we are hoping for well, think of it like a discovery phase. My business is one-to-one consulting. Concerning Miro, I would offer custom Boards along with consultation. For this to happen, I need the client to take ownership of the Board. Ideally, the client could download a file to open in their Miro account. I would love to just sell my Boards outright without consultation, as well. Is there a way to do this? I have the free plan now, but I would move to the Consultant plan so I could create a new Team for each client. From what I am reading, I can send a link to the Board (password protected) and they can edit (anonymously). I need advice on the most efficient way to transfer ownership of the board. After our consultation, I do not want to be the primary but I will need to be able to advise them into the future. Thank you.

Throughout my nearly two years on the Community forum, there have multiple posts where someone’s Free Plan team has gotten out of control, e.g., multiple un-wanted team members added, junk boards causing important boards to be view-only due to the 3-editable board limit, or maybe there was only one Team Admin and that person has left the company (in which case, depending on the setup, no new members can be added).Here are a few scenarios and how to resolve them.Table of Contents​​​​​​​Delete unwanted Boards (or users!) I am wondering if there is an easier way to divide a bar to show % of completion, Delay and In progress for a particular use case. I added multiple square bars and colored them individaully and matched them to its adjacent bar and this entire process was very inconvenient. The new Grid tool showed up in my Miro environment today and I love it compared to the basic table tool! The ability to easily move columns and rows around, to have multiple collaborators able to edit different cells at the same time and to drop objects into the cells are a big step forward.  Now, I just have to go back to all the boards in which I’d created “fake” grids using rectangles and combinations of text boxes and other objects and replace them with grids  ! Hello,I just want to share a thing wich is so cool to me and I am really amazed how Visual-Notes could be used:I was searching for a short way to add a Downloadsection into my board - I have tried it by Visual Notes, where I added each PDF-file of the board into a section.I was so amazed about the flexibility that gives me this feature - with the “board object” I can choose each and every element of the board that can be downloaded and give it an optical look and feel of the board.Mironeers / Developers / Software-Engineers you are great!Thank you!!!!Michael

Zoom Transcript to Miro Layout  Made a fun Miro plugin prototype this week .. been dying to make it for a while. It takes a zoom meeting transcript and lays it out into a commenter-by-commenter swimlane-ish flow of their sequential comments on stickies.  Here’s a little demo video walk-through of where I was able to nudge the prototype to this week. Like any prototype it sheds light on the basic idea and what’s working / not working … What do you all think?  What would you want to do with something like this?

Summer's here and while a lot of travel for most has been cancelled we can still dream.I've always dreamt of taking a month (or more) long vacation to Italy. Traveling to different cities with my husband and tasting all the great foods and wine.We wouldn't have a very strict schedule and take things very easily. Which are your favorite Miro-apps from the market place when it comes to create games or gamification elements on a miro board? My favorite is the “Dice” app. Very usefull for every activity that needs a dice or some random numbers.https://miro.com/marketplace/dice/ Select between 1 and 5 existing widgets on a Miro board and click on the dice symbol in your toolbar.
