Hi, Miro Community! Questions I have are about your process of preparing and using your workshop agenda. Could you share your experience on these topics:— When do you design your agenda: before or after you design everything on the board?— Where do you usually keep it?— Does every step in your agenda represents an area or objects on a board?— How do you align participants around it: by demonstrating a board or going through a separate agenda doc?Thanks a lot!

Please Miro Gods! Almighty pros! Tell me I can define a finite space so my non-native-late-adopters can stop getting lost.  I realize they can click on "me" to get back, but the stress of it all is robbing me of workshop time and the participants of a stress free experience.  Would also love to be able to lock half the features so I can introduce people to one tool at a time. Is that a thing?  Cortisol + learning curve+ more space than we need= creativity drain.

Since @SpartanGomez and @Stephanie Nakano already shared their passion for gaming in the past, I thought it would be cool to know each other a bit better.What're your hobbies apart of the primary career? What do you like the most?   As for myself, I’ve been deejaying since 2006 and making the music events for the last eight years. Under these circumstances, I brought more than 30 international artists to Russia and built an active community of 11,000 music lovers — 170bpm.ru.   As strange as it may sound, I spent about the same time to learn how the human body works, so I usually handle the support role for my colleagues and friends if they need advice on training or nutrition. My latest love is surfing and at the moment I’m working on my project to help people to prepare themselves for this beautiful type of physical activity.   Looking forward to hearing your stories behind the job :)

I have several clients and I want to work with them separately. I bought a consultant plan - and now have a question - how to orginize work with my clients? Do I need to open new teams or I should make new project at the my main team and invite consultants there?I don’t want to pay extra money for additional licenses I want that boards created for each client see only this client.

I am working with groups of 30 . Is there a way to easy ask for feedback in a group (like yes no?) . Like if people can say “ok” with a button so we know that everybody is in place and everything is working? Like voting but just very quick and not depending on space. Thank you!

I, along with two friends, have a rooftop garden in the heart of Montreal. As you may know Montreal is not known for its long or reliable growing seasons, this being said organization is everything. This summer we are in has not been the best year for our garden, three different people had completely different goals about what to grow where and when. This resulted in a late start to the season and some plants not finding their way into the larger beds we built for them :( These sad tomato times have lead us to rethink the system, to say the least. One thing that set us back this spring was how all three of us showed up with a map of our ideal garden on a piece of paper and this led to us having to waste planting season arguing with each other. Last week we sat down next to our respective computers, opened Zoom and designed our next garden in Miro. I am running a webinar in a few days and the plan is to use Miro to share content rather than PowerPoint. Its a rather large group so there won't be any participant inputs on the board (I know this is the whole point of Miro). Any thoughts on what the risks of this approach might be?? 

So we are keen on creating a list of educational and informative material that the whole product design team can contribute to and take value from. This could be books, online resources and also courses. A Trello list is our first option, or a spreadsheet. But I was wondering if anyone had created a board in Miro in an intuitive way that could accommodate a collaborative reading list? It’s a basic one, but keen to see how creative others have been!

I’ve been using Presentation Mode a fair bit in recent times, and there’s a couple of things which I believe would be a great update.1. A “home” frameRather than using the LinkTo option is return a presentation back to a single frame throughout a presentation, it would be awesome if you could effectively duplicate the frame in the setup of Presentation Mode so that the team can be re-oriented with the home throughout the presentation.eg An Agenda frame. Once each section of an agenda is done, have the agenda frame as the ‘next’ frame in the Presentation Mode setup - reordering of Frames.At present, I have to either use LinkTo or put multiple frames around the agenda. Neither of those are ideal.  Lock/Unlock frames in Frame setup These just aren’t enough options. I’d love quick access to Lock/Unlock a frame and all its contents Hide Frame names This one is really unimportant, very much a “nice to have if a developer is bored” haha.Being able to quickly hide the frame names and lines. Hey, fellow product managers! How many feature requests do you have in your backlog? And how many of them will you actually implement? Does the user ever hear back again about their idea? Oof, customer requests... Tricky they are! Like you, we at Miro love our customers, and they love us back: we get lots of great feedback and tons of amazing, elaborate feature ideas. There are several channels that we are tracking: NPS survey feedback, support tickets, shoutouts on social networks, regular feedback review meetings with customer success and support agents. But while we certainly want to deliver as much value as possible, it may be challenging to manage customers’ expectations when it comes to these requests. So how do you go about it? Please share with us your tried and tested ways to track and follow-up on customer requests to guarantee the best user experience. I do a little guitar and bass teaching in my spare time and have thought of using Miro for communicating music theory to students - would be a great teaching environment overall, particularly in terms of students asking questions / working together on pitch/harmony etc Can’t see any suitable templates so far - am I missing something?

I’m running my Mindful Drawing online workshop within my Miro board.  I host an audience and use the board’s drawing tool to demonstrate to the audience.  Viewers can work on their tasks off to the side of the main area and I can zoom and pan out to look at their work while keeping an eye on everyone at once.  It’s rad.  I’m also using the collaborative board privately with my artists friends to play around during calls when we catch up during lockdown.

All Miro users can use stickers to react to a teammate’s work on the board, communicate thoughts during a meeting, or to create more exciting board designs. Now you have a way to give a teammate high-five for a job well done, even if you’re on a different continent.   Best of all, we're also launching a Community Sticker Pack Contest where any Miro user can submit stickers. I cannot find answers to the technical side of how to set up a workshop. I want to run a training session with fewer than 20 people (initially just 5 or so) - I’ve learnt how to manage all the features but when I tried it out we struggled to all see the board we were working on. I need an idiots’ guide - do I just use share? What is the presentation option for? Can I get it so when I move the board around the participants see what I’m doing (I had to keep saying, ‘It’s under that, on the left’. We were using Zoom - is that the normal way? I’m close to giving up at the moment.

Every month, our larger department team has a virtual team meeting. We wanted to introduce Miro as a way of injecting some interactivity into the meeting. One idea we had was to incorporate some sort of employee recognition into it so I was wondering what ideas the community had.Have you ever run activities that incorporate employee recognition or appreciation?Things to consider:There will probably be anywhere from 65-80 people attending, all virtually through Teams. Most have never used Miro and many likely haven’t used an online whiteboard. The meeting is an hour but we can count on some department updates and Q&A, so the activity should only be 30-45 minutes.

My business is one-to-one consulting. Concerning Miro, I would offer custom Boards along with consultation. For this to happen, I need the client to take ownership of the Board. Ideally, the client could download a file to open in their Miro account. I would love to just sell my Boards outright without consultation, as well. Is there a way to do this? I have the free plan now, but I would move to the Consultant plan so I could create a new Team for each client. From what I am reading, I can send a link to the Board (password protected) and they can edit (anonymously). I need advice on the most efficient way to transfer ownership of the board. After our consultation, I do not want to be the primary but I will need to be able to advise them into the future. Thank you.
