It would be great if, in a seminar or virtual classroom, I could restrict access to specific frames for a particular group so that other groups couldn't see them. For example, Group 1 would only see Frame 1, Group 2 would only see Frame 2, and so on. The trainer, coach, or board owner, however, would still be able to see everything.
I would like to use Miro for an upcoming virtual conference. There will be about 300 attendees, so they will all have their own email addresses. Can I create a board and send them a link to access it and edit it even thought they do not have email addresses with the same domain Name as me?

Hello everyone! Our team has been exploring ways to make design reviews more seamless, especially for teams that use Autodesk and Miro together. If you’re using both tools, I’d love to learn more about your workflow. For example: How do you transfer designs from Autodesk into Miro? What’s your process for adding annotations, feedback, or markups? Do you use Miro to present your designs to clients? If yes or no, we’d love to hear the reasons! What recurring challenges during design reviews? If you could improve one thing about how these tools work together, what would it be? Just a quick note that our team did create Autodesk for Miro, which connects Miro with Autodesk and enables the designs to be reviewed and improved further by teams. We’re hoping to better understand the challenges people face in this space so that we can improve their workflows further. Please share your thoughts, tips, or gripes below. It’ll be super helpful!
Love the new(er) voting function, but have some ideas for enhancements First of all, one should be able to add multiple dots as opposed to just add a counter. From a visual perspective, it is much easier to see the “heat map”, if everyone will add a separate dot on an item. Secondly, it would also be great if the system would support straw poll voting, where the one vote has the users Initial on it automatically.

Dear Miro Team,My name is Yelyzaveta, and I am an English teacher from Ukraine. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional support you have extended to Ukrainians; it truly makes a significant impact.Miro has become an integral component of my lessons, enhancing the interactivity, engagement, and organization of the learning experience. My students greatly enjoy utilizing it for brainstorming, vocabulary games, and visually structuring their ideas. It has genuinely transformed my teaching approach, particularly in an online environment. However, many educators in Ukraine are currently facing financial constraints that hinder their ability to access premium tools. A complimentary Miro subscription would be immensely beneficial, enabling me to continue developing dynamic and high-quality lessons without limitations. It would also allow me to create more boards, which is crucial for structuring different topics and organizing multiple lessons effectively. I would like

Understanding where changes affect the organisation is key to a successful product or service development. We have created a method called the Milky Way, which combines product (value stream), capability (what we do), systems or tools (what we need to be able to do) and information in one map.3 min intro: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jq__kDY5w1A&t=1sIt requires that an organisation invest time in understanding what they are doing = created a map. We have created a Miroverse template for that: https://miro.com/miroverse/the-milky-way-enterprise-map/We have also created a Miro Tool to export the data to Airtable, where we further can create more details data for onboarding. And some things in Miro as Layers :-)https://www.milkyway.international/milky-way-toolNot for everyone. But if you invest the time, it will pay off. And yes, there is a book as well: https://www.amazon.com/Milky-Way-navigate-accelerate-change-ebook/dp/B09H61612Y/Happy mapping. Would love some feedback!

Were you able to check out Miroversity Live last week? The spirit of learning makes me think of the different ways that our community helps people learn about Miro every day. What are the best ways for beginners to learn about Miro and for advanced Miro users to up-level their skills? Do you recommend any YouTube video or workshops from Miro Experts? Do you have a favorite help center article that everyone should bookmark? Let us know!
One game-changing tip I've discovered while using Miro is utilising the infinite canvas to create dynamic, strategic sales plans. By mapping out entire customer journeys, identifying touchpoints, and overlaying data analytics directly on the board, I’ve been able to visualise complex sales processes in a way that’s easy for both my team and clients to understand. The ability to integrate real-time feedback and collaborate across time zones has turned Miro into our virtual war room, enabling us to stay agile and close deals faster. Remember, the key is not just to plan but to visualise and iterate constantly. Big shoutout to @Manouska J and the Miro community for continuously pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in digital collaboration!
Hello everyone @miro your programming people and developers,at this time I am working with my own templates for a workshop … and I have noticed what you’re worked on:Months ago when I added a created template on my board I have to think about the size of my template and I have to move my mouse on my board where is enough space. Now: No matter where I am on my board:Adding the template / Whoosh … it’s been placed automaticly where there is free space. In the past it happend that elements where placed overlapping. Not anymore!Thank you for all the work that you do and you have done that we did not see and notice.Your’e great - you do an awsome job - you making miro this what it is:One of the best tools in the world and you … you should get the best award in the world for it! Thank you for all your hard work !!! Michael

Ummm are you supposed to look at the person on the screen? Are you supposed to stare into the camera?…. During the body language event today, we talked about how important facial expressions are on video calls because we can’t see the body of the person across from us. Even hand gestures are a different thing on video, so the face does the talking - literally and figuratively. Plus, eye contact is important to show someone that you’re listening to them and you care about what they’re sharing. But how do you do it? I find that if someone consistently looks at one part of their screen, it’s clear to me that they’re focused on me and we’re connected. I do the same - but I tend to put my video on the left side of my screen and notes on the right, so my head is slightly turned to the left when I’m talking to someone on video. Also, I’ll say it - it’s so obvious when someone keeps looking at themselves on video…it’s brutal but we all do it! So, what do you think? How can you make eye contact
