Hi, Our customer experience team is a cross-office and semi-remote team. We were struggling to document concepts, host conversations, write feedback and showing the whiteboard during virtual meetings. That’s how we landed on Miro. I started experimenting with miro as a central location to host tangible deliverables when working with a development team. Anything from the project scope, UX workshops, mapping out workflows, wireframes, and mockups. It became the sharing point when meeting with project managers, fellow designers, and developers. It solves all of the problems I mentioned earlier. We were able to document early-stage concepts using stickies. We were able to provide feedback, having back and forth conversations virtually using the comments, which was especially useful when working across time zones. The biggest difference it made, was that we could brainstorm, and point to visuals all in one central location. When “whiteboarding” ideas in the office the virtual attendees
When using Miro assist on 2 or more items wich are same types, cannot use a thing as simple as “translate to”you have to do it for each label… Nonsense. And at the end of the process of one translation, miro decides to zoom on the text label each time ! so user have to unzoom each time… What a time loss ><

Howdy all - not sure when this feature was introduced, but the relative snapping (adjusting dimensions and having those dimensions match to other like dimensions within the current view) is awesome! The next level would be to do the same for margins :)Real talk, thank you for introducing this feature
When running workshops and users are spending time thinking, filling in boards, it would be great to have a concentration music play button to make it a nice experience for clients

Hi everyone,Next week @Regine is leading an event where she will guide us through an exploration journey during which we will learn more about what makes us the superheroes that we are.I stopped to think for a moment, ‘What is actually my superpower(s)?’, and i thought ‘kindness’ is one of the most important ones- what do you think, can it be considered a superpower? What are your superpowers? Please share in the comments

When our team started planning new projects for the current period, we decided that it was time to have everyone participate and commit. We also wanted everyone to know about everyone else’s projects, and we wanted to provide a chance for everyone to participate in anything that was of their interest and matched their skillset. Obviously, we jumped directly to Miro.In our board, a few things happen:Everyone participated planning the projects. Everyone shares updates on the activities related to the projects they are involved with. Everyone provides feedback! The last point is the one I am most excited about. During our monthly meetings, the whole team jumps into the Miro board to write questions, comments, suggestions, and provide help. We have never been a better connected team (even if we are working from home).

During one of our Miro Hero orientations, my breakout room had a delightful discussion about playing games 🧩🎲 in Miro. If you caught the APAC Community Events last week (shout out to @Joshua William Davies and @Isman Tanuri!), you know that Miro can make work really fun with delightful emojis, awesome extensions, and even hiding parts of the board. If you haven’t already, make sure you check out the Fun and Games section of Miroverse. If you have, what are your tips for adding FUN to facilitation and making work more delightful with Miro?
Hello everyone! As one of the last posts in 2022, I wanted to share the latest creation from my team at Hiro Studio, our newest Miroverse submission, the Miro Orientation Café (https://miro.com/miroverse/miro-orientation-cafe/). For over a year, we have been working on identifying the foundational pieces that new Miro users need to be taught in order to quickly begin engaging in a workshop. This Miro Experience provides visual, written, and video instructions that appeal to a variety of learning styles and can get new users up to speed and ready to contribute in no time. Huge ups to @Rachel for her constant support and always helping us push the boundaries of what is possible in Miro, and to Hilary, Hiro Studio’s amazing designer who pulls all of the crazy ideas out of our heads and makes them beautiful.Keep on designing amazing experiences in Miro everyone! I hope you all have happy holidays and wish you the best in 2023!Jon
A very insightful study by PwC on #remotework trends. Zooming on the 'physical office' conundrum, it seems like employers and employees have different expectations on what the physical workplace should deliver. In my mind, I can see a promising middle ground that is the hybrid model. Simply because none of those factors quoted by both employers and employees are impossible to achieve while working remotely. What I'm proposing (in fact, a couple of my clients are running away with this idea!) is the concept of 'Virtual Middle Place' (somebody has a snazzier moniker?) It is a hybrid workplace enabled by collaborative and interactive platforms such as Miro, Mural and Stormboard. It is a middle place for an organisation where some people will choose to work from home, some in the office, and most will switch their environments once in a while. A very fluid working environment, yet always connected.Using #virtualmiddleplace, facilitative leadership theories and techniques, I believe I can help
This week, The Innovation Journey by Adrian Ewecker is the Template Of The Week (or TOTW). Make your service, your product, your innovation the magic tool of your story and ask yourself early on who your heroes (target group) are, what tasks they have to master (user problems) and how a new world can look like thanks to your idea (reasons to believe). Do you like this template as much as we do? Leave Adrian a compliment here, the template on Miroverse, and feel free to share your favorite approaches to drive innovation in this thread! Voting makes template discovery easier for other members of Miro Community and supports those who are contributing to Miroverse in such a meaningful way. How do we choose TOTW? It’s a mystery! But upvoting helps!
I have a presentation about how to do Sprint Retrospective, and I would like to use Miro in my presentation. I don’t have upgraded version, but it would be great to show all the other Scrum Masters, along with the Scrum Lead, how these features work. So, is it possible to have upgraded version for free, just for one day?
