Has anyone’s company so adopted Miro to the point of completely eliminating PowerPoint?  If so, what was that process / decision like?  How has it gone since?

After using Miro for 3+ years, it’s still fun when you discover something you didn’t know.In this example, I will group the four images and then double-click the top-left one (the cat with the fishbowl) and move it separate from the group. Next I will do the same with the puppy. This saves me from Ctrl+Shift+G to ungroup, rearrange, and then Shift+drag to select all and Ctrl+G to group. I didn’t see any mention of this in the Structuring Board Content → Grouping Help Center article, but I expect it’s a feature and not a bug.

Hiya,  This week we have our annual offsite at Miro!  Usually, offsite is an event when the entire distributed Miro team comes together to a single place to work and have fun together.Due to You-Know-What, this year our offsite (just like in 2020) was transformed into a HUGE virtual event  And this is so cool! We have all-hands sessions, as well as breakout rooms with activities; fireside chats and amazing quizzes, and more.  Do you usually have an offsite at your company? Did/Will you have an offsite this year? Hi Miro Heroes, Next week, we are hosting an event with Amplitude’s Product Evangelist and Miroverse Creator John Cutler (you can RSVP here!).  In 2021, John ran over 140 Miro workshops for 1500+ people all around the world to help them become more aligned and make their work more impactful. Like many others, pivoting from in-person training to virtual training was painful using Zoom, teams, LiveWebinar and Webex. The topic of international standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO/IEC 17025 have the potential to be incredibly boring, even in person. My role play roles and physical gestures were a mainstay to keep students awake!It only took seeing Miro once to already see the potential for engagement of every person in the room and deepening their understanding.  And most of all, be able to apply the concepts!Building in Miro for the activities was straightforward thanks to being able to use or create templates. The timer keeps people honest. For training, Miro saved the day.Within our own company, however, we have taken uses of Miro to the next level. We use it to design training by mind mapping concepts and then ordering content in logical sequences. Hello, I am Nestor Zegarra, who recently graduated from Johannes Keppler University Business School in Linz, Austria. Due to covid-19 restrictions, I had to find a solution to conduct online qualitative research. Therefore, I chose to use MIRO for developing a focus group discussion.The different characteristics allow my research to collect the necessary data. The interviewees were able not only to express themselves but also to interact with each other. I believe that MIRO has great potential to develop more and more applications in different aspects of interaction and production of its users' data.I would like to know if anyone else has had a similar experience in using MIRO for research.

We have all experienced it: this "wow" moment, this "they already know me" feeling, an extra mile that a great product has walked to delight you. Be it Asana's unicorn, flying across your screen like a shooting star, or Trello's confetti, or Typeform's delightful microcopy—they all make a customer go "oh, coool"! “User delight refers to any positive emotional affect that a user may have when interacting with a device or interface”, says the definition. Yes, we human beings are driven by emotions! Where do these emotions lead though? Well, rumor has it, they can make your product sticky, serve your Net Promoter Score, and eventually help you fight churn.
