In the forum a large number of Education Plan users are seeking assistance in renewing their Education Plan - and that already for months (or evne years?) - as notification emails regarding license expiration and renewal contain a link that leads to an error page and the process terminates there.
I also had this problem. I love Miro, but I felt rarely helpless and began to wonder if the error might be intentional as it seems to exist for so long already.
