How do i give licences to team members

Hi everyone,

My team is considering purchasing a license. However we’re curious how it works exactly. After i buy a licence, how do i distribute keys to team members? Does it work when team members create another group in Microsoft Teams?

Hi @Nick Guilliams.  This is a somewhat complicated matter for the community to answer, as we don’t know exactly your organizational structure or needs.

There is a great knowledge base at https://help.miro.com/, and if you call Miro, their customer support staff are AMAZING.

Miro accounts have nothing to do with Microsoft Teams, so best to call Miro directly and discuss your options. They will help you find what is best for you and your team!
