Hello. Today I faced a problem. Can’t insert images by copy-pasting. The console F12 shows error 403. However, it works in Microsoft Edge and also in an incognito mode. What is wrong?

Since it is working in incognito mode, can you try logging out of Miro, clearing your cache and then logging back in and retrying?

@Kiron Bondale Thanks, I’ve tried it as well. It doesn’t work.

is it only affecting images? How about existing shapes on the Miro board - can you Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V those?

Kiron

@Kiron Bondale  Unfortunately, I can’t you Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V anything on the board. However, the shortcut works on other websites. When I click F12, it shows- error 403.

I just tried it with both an external image and a shape on the board and it worked in both cases for me using Google Chrome on a Windows PC. At this point my only suggestion would be to open a Miro support request here: Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center

@Kiron Bondale Thanks a million. I did as you advised. It is ok today.
