I have an education account for my newly acquired remote classes. I shared my team member link and directions for signing up with their Google account, however some of them used Google Signin instead. This somehow linked them to an APS (Albuquerque Public Schools) must have instead of my account. I asked them to try deleting their account but this requires they access a confirmation email, which they cannot do. How can I get them to the right place?
Apparently the students asking me for help have not found the dropdown to change boards, one of genius kids found it. For whatever reason, all their personal account boards are identified by Aps, most likely because that is the organization they signed in with. Sorry for the bother, they are all 8th grade and not very tech-savvy. Online school will be a real challenge, wish me luck.
