Miro board won’t open

My most important Miro board won’t open - neither in the browser nor in the

desktop app. I already tried clearing the cache and opening it in an incognito window, but nothing helped. My other boards load normally, only this one gets stuck loading. The problem started after I tried copying an HTML code snippet generated by Claude AI into the board. What should I do?

Just checking in since some time has passed since your reports. Are you both still experiencing the issue where the board remains stuck loading/grey and cannot be opened? Since both reports seem very similar, I’d like to confirm whether the issue is still ongoing before connecting you with Support for further investigation.
