HI! i’d like to know if there a chance that i can combine two my accounts into one?I have my first account for a couple of years, than due to work, I had to create another one. So, the changing of the email doesn’t help, as the account has already been registered.

I have several to do lists for different areas of my work. Is there a way that these can automatically be pulled into a “master” to do list? I still want the separate lists, but I also want to see all of the items in one place. Hopefully this makes sense! TIA :)

Hello,  I had two boards that have been recently edited by the support team and now I can not access my boards. Why is the happening? I have the miro code but not the link, can I still access these boards??

After signing in, Miro stays on the loading screen indefinitely on both mobile and tablet. And I am sure that it is not about internet.

I have build a python script to connect through the Rest API to read objects in a process flowchart. I can read decesions with labels, and endpoints (no shape data or labels) but I cant get access to the connectors. Can you help please!

Hello. Is it possible at the moment, using the web SDK or REST API or something else, to copy a pencil-drawn line (a "curve" type widget) from one board to another?

Is anyone else experiencing this too - I copy something from one board to another and the content I’ve copied vanishes from the board I’m trying to copy to. It appears for a sec and then vanishes. How can I fix this? I really need specific materials on my other board taken from my personal one 😥

Hi I had a premium miro account attached to a company email, through which I invited my personal gmail to work on the boards. I left the company, my company email is deleted, but the boards are still under that email.This means that I cannot delete them or invite others as my personal gmail is not the owner, but the owner does not exist anymore. It is also not possible for me to make any more personal boards as my limit is reached through the boards I can access from my company email.How can I delete those boards, so that I can own my own boards?

Hello,I use Miro to run live English lessons, and over the last few weeks my students have started seeing my boards rendered incorrectly. My own view is fine, but on their side images appear with the wrong size and the wrong crop. This did not happen before.Case 1: image sizeThe board contains around 40 small images (emoji-style icons and photos) that I resized manually. On my screen they display at the correct size and position. For one student, the same images rendered at their original, much larger size, overlapping each other and covering the text underneath. The text elements stayed in the correct positions, so only the images were affected. Screenshots attached: my view and the student's view of the same frame.   Case 2: crop and background removalI uploaded an image, removed the background and cropped it to keep only the object I needed. On my screen it shows correctly. The student sees the full original image, uncropped and with the background still there.This suggests that the

Hello, in December 2024 we were billed for our yearly subsciption for the business-paket für 5 Lisences. But now our account is reduced to free. I cannot find support as there seems to be none for a “free”-version. So, how can I solve this problem?
