Developer platform and APIs

  Since we've upgraded our version of JIRA from 9.9.1 to 10.3.8 JIRA cards no longer work and we can't create an application link within JIRA config. I know some API's were depreciated in 10.3. X onwards. Could this be why? Any advice or support on this please?  Thanks

Delete button is greyed outAfter clicking on the parent button on table column, I was unable to delete the column. I’ve since then decided to hide the column, but I can’t seem to even find the unhide button. Please help me out, is it a bug?

HI! i’d like to know if there a chance that i can combine two my accounts into one?I have my first account for a couple of years, than due to work, I had to create another one. So, the changing of the email doesn’t help, as the account has already been registered.

Hello,  I had two boards that have been recently edited by the support team and now I can not access my boards. Why is the happening? I have the miro code but not the link, can I still access these boards??

there have been questions regarding the security policies around MIRO , trying to get the answers of what would be best practices are being followed across other organizations as well in respect to security

We are using REST APIs extensively in my organization to read Miro boards and automate in the Organization Applications.  We are fed up with the Item properties, especially for “LinkedTo” property to Item links either other object links or other board links.  As per the research, REST API not supported to get this property and referenced Web SDK (which is expensive to implement).  Is there any alternative method to get “linkedTo” property from the item?  Appreciate if Miro developers responds and implement this available in REST API.

I have several to do lists for different areas of my work. Is there a way that these can automatically be pulled into a “master” to do list? I still want the separate lists, but I also want to see all of the items in one place. Hopefully this makes sense! TIA :)

I have build a python script to connect through the Rest API to read objects in a process flowchart. I can read decesions with labels, and endpoints (no shape data or labels) but I cant get access to the connectors. Can you help please!

Is anyone else experiencing this too - I copy something from one board to another and the content I’ve copied vanishes from the board I’m trying to copy to. It appears for a sec and then vanishes. How can I fix this? I really need specific materials on my other board taken from my personal one 😥

Hi I had a premium miro account attached to a company email, through which I invited my personal gmail to work on the boards. I left the company, my company email is deleted, but the boards are still under that email.This means that I cannot delete them or invite others as my personal gmail is not the owner, but the owner does not exist anymore. It is also not possible for me to make any more personal boards as my limit is reached through the boards I can access from my company email.How can I delete those boards, so that I can own my own boards?

Hello Miro Support Team,I am trying to build a small integration that sends new vocabulary entries from Miro to my messenger.I would like to clarify that I do not need access to Sticky Notes on the board.I need to retrieve the text from the Notes section that opens when clicking the “Note” button in the upper-right corner of the Miro board interface.The use case is the following:My English teacher collects new vocabulary words in this Notes section. I would like to automatically retrieve these new entries using an API and send them to my messenger for easier learning and review.Could you please let me know:Is the content from this Notes section available through the Miro REST API or Web SDK? If yes, which API endpoint or permission scope should I use? Is there a specific OAuth scope required to access board Notes content? If this content is not currently available through the API, is there another recommended approach for accessing it?Thank you for your help.
