No puedo acceder a mis tableros, ni a mi usuario.

Buenos días, NO PUEDO ACCEDER A MIS TABLEROS, NI A MI USUARIO. 

He probado en tres navegadores, en una página de incognito.

No me dan ninguna solución.

He pagado por usar MIRO y no puedo hacerlo.

@Marina   Are you able to help get Guillermo in touch with people at ‘support’. He is paying for miro (not sure what level) but can’t get access to his account at all, not his user, can’t make boards, nothing… can’t access on any browser.   So this means he can’t get to the “support” interface either.   

I could instruct him to make a new unpaid user, make a board, enter the help menu and get over to support that way… my Spanish is rough but its been enough to communicate.

Como creaste tu cuenta de usario … en qual manera?  
A) con dirección de Email y contraseña?  
o

B) con Oauth … como autorización por Google, Facebook, Slack, Microsoft ?? 
 

possible lo hiciste tu cuenta en una manera y estas probando con la otra… ?

Creo que lo cree con la cuenta de google. Pero ahora no funciona de ninguna manera. Muchas gracias

has probado quitar cache / cookies?  Lo siento, no son ideas muy útiles. 

He borrado cache y cookies y …. nada. No puedo trabajar con MIRO. No puedo hacer ningún tablero, ni acceder a mi usuario. Estoy pagando una suscripción y …. no puedo usar la pizarra.

I have paid 20 dollars for one month. I have customers waiting for my consultancy. 

I am losing money and customers.

I reported to the support miro four days ago. 

And I still waiting. They told me they are working to fix the problem, but….

I can´t access my profile, I can´t delete my account, I can't work with MIRO,
