I am facing issue in upgrading miro account please help to resolve

@Anurima P - I have been advised that a support ticket has been created for you. You should receive an email confirmation for the ticket to email address you use to sign into Miro.
When I am going for monthly upgrade , its show “transaction failed”, in case of yearly upgrade, I get a message “Customer create failed”. Please help to resolve it
