SSO/SAML With External Free Collaboration Users

I want to configure SSO/SAML in our Google Workspace/GSuite account so that my internal employees will be forced to sign in with their google accounts

However with that, we also have external individuals like contractors and clients who will also need to join on occasion to collaborate. They would not have a Google account.

How do i handle this situation?

Thanks!

Thanks for the confirmation! That seems like the case from my testing as well. Good to know that’s how it’s supposed to work :)

Hi @Tyler Graverson!

The SSO process is applied to all your company account's end-users with the corporate domains - they must log into Miro via SSO option using their identity provider credentials. End-users with other domains are not required to use SSO and should instead log in using the standard methods.

Also, on all paid plans there’s the option to share the board with Guest Editors. They won’t need to login/ sign up into Miro to start editing the board.

I hope this helps! :rocket:
