I have the free option, and one of the boards from one day to the next stopped working, when I open it, it shows me the board for 2 seconds and then it stays stuck, it does not allow me to zoom, and when I try it, the entire board it looks white.I tried everything recommended by Miro, but I still have the same problem.

Do I get it right that you tried the Incognito mode/another network/another browser and it didn’t help?
