Is there any way to add multiple date in 1 single row / field and make it repeatable through years ?

I have a task have multiple deadline and repeat over year so i need to make a task in table that have 3 set start date and end date and i don’t want to “renew” the date so is there anyway to make the date repeatable and have multiple deadline for table ( so that when i switch the table to timeline, it’s better visualised ? )
