Hello,We have a couple users who cannot post Miro boards into Confluence pages.  If they try to copy/paste the link, it stays as a URL on the page. If they attempt to use the “Insert more Content” option and choose Miro option, it says there are not boards available to share with team.It worked fine previously. We did update our Confluence version (now it is 6.14.3) and are looking to update to the cloud-based version.Anyone experienced this?

What dimensions does an image need to be for the entire image to appear properly on the board cover? Thanks!

I’ve been noticing some very slow performance from Miro this morning - sent in a support request for it, but the Miro status page (https://status.miro.com/) doesn’t show anything? Took almost 40 seconds to refresh the active users list for one of my teams - normally should take under 5 seconds… Update: Kiron

Dear All,  I have a professional license and i want to share my whiteboard with 34 people to collaborate. is there any limit on the number of shares for a collaborative work on the board.I need to work with them a project, will they be able to edit the board. thanks a lot for your help! 

I have my own consultant account. Today two members were adjusted to my team, without being invited by me… And now I get two extra bills and I have to pay for these two members in my team (which I did not invited and they did not joined my team….)? How is this possible and if I remove them out of my team, hopefully I don’t have to pay?

Are DayPasses included in the Enterprise version?(according to https://miro.com/pricing/ Yes) are they contained in unlimited quantities?What is the definition of "external editor"? We intend to change from the "Team" plan to the "Enterprise" plan, and I would be interested to know if all users need a license or if a part of it can be solved by "Day passes 

Does granting someone Comment access allow them to participate in a workshop and use sticky note? Or do I have to grant them Edit access to use the sticky notes function?

Installed JIRA Cards app / integration.  documentation and video suggests i click on the link to access the settings that are needed to be entered on the JIAR side.  The Jira Cards app is displayed but when i click on it it lists its s installed by myself - the words “JIAR CARDS” is not a click able link and therefore i can not access the settings needed to configure the other end ???I have a Team subscription.Jira is server version (although dont get that far) 

None of these tips work, unless I need to write some javascript code to enable a simple feature as to moving the sticky notes or any other object that I am putting on my board. Ridiculous. I am about ready to just do this on Figma. The templates make no sense (journey map, user map, affinity map) none of which are aligned to how I would actually use them.   

Every time I try to type “2. Example” in any text box it replaces the ‘2.’ with a ‘1.’ after I press the spacebar!I know it thinks I’m creating a list but I don’t want it to start from 1. every time!It’s so damn frustrating!!!Is there an option to turn this off/change it or does the design need to change from Miro’s side?If so please fix asap Miro!

I don’t usually open boards from my iphone but did so just now. It said something about updating stickies but seemed to hang for a while so I clicked the available ‘x’ in the corner. That took me back to my board list… but the board I was just on is missing. Missing. Gone. And I see no such thing as a trash. I did not ‘delete’ the board. Any ideas where it might be and how to get it back?

I can add a card via the mobile app (Android), but I can not add information to it, including the description. There are no icons for adding a date, tag, etc. When I click to add to the description, nothing happens.

I recently had my Miro admin enable the Azure Cards app so I could install it. I installed it into one of the Miro teams in our corporate Miro account. Now I am trying to configure the app to connect to an Azure DevOps organization. However, I am seeing several strange behaviors.After installing the app, I see a screen asking me to connect my Microsoft account. I originally tried this and it seemed to work; however, after connecting, the second blue Connect button that connects to a particular ADO org remained disabled. I had a screen sharing session with my Miro admin. He was apparently able to connect his account, then connect the ADO org as expected. Dear Miro Community:) I am running a community on a SaaS called Hivebrite.Users have to register with their Mailadress.Via iframe I have integrated a big Miro board for everyone to work with. Thanks to the latest update users finally are able to directly edit the board within the iframe.Right now every User who edits the Board is running as a guest-user within Miro.Now... what would be GREAT:Is there a possibility to use the login-mail of my platform to automatically create a Miro-user?So when they comment within the board each author has its own identifier and not just “guest” (as it is right now)?BestMichael 

Hello,I just purchased Miro for a few team members and we may expand to our larger team.  I hate to even bring up a competitor in the forums, but it’s the quickest way to get to my question, so here goes.  In Mural, there are two things that are incredibly appealing; 1) the Frameworks and 2) the Content Library.  From what i can tell, the Frameworks are a series of pre-made layouts for various things including grids, calendars, storyboards, etc.  They are not templates.  You just drag them in and use them, rather than create all the pieces from scratch on your own.  The Content Library seems to be a place where you can drop assets and have them at the ready.  Does Miro have these two features, in one way or another?  I’m aware of workarounds that could make that work (create stuff in Illustrator and upload them as needed, etc) but i dont see them fully baked like in Mural.  Ultimately, I do like Mural, but before i recommend a larger purpose for the organ

When first joining I was given a number of different teams to join. I have joined the wrong one and would like to join another. I can see how to leave the existing team I am in but then the only option seems to be to create a new team which is not what I want to do. I want to search and join an existing team. How do I do this?

Hi team, I want to stop sending many highlights emails to people whom I shared my board with. I know they can do it by changing their notification setting from their profile but since they are very new to Miro, I want to do it for them.Is there anyway to do that?Thank you!

I love Miro but when making presentations for students I find the drawing shapes available to be limited. I would really like to jazz up my presentations using diagram templates. People are used to the design thinking style of drawing and I would love to find a tool that could help me draw simple drawings …. even if these are standard templates. Any ideas?

I recently installed a plugin: https://github.com/GreenAsh/code-highlighterSince then I’ve noticed judder/delays like when selecting or moving objects, even on fresh boards with few elements. I’ve tried to uninstall the plugin to see if this is the problem but I cannot see any way of doing this. I’m a little bit stuck because Miro is barely-usable and i have no way of getting back into a default state.

Hi, i am planning a conference with microsoft teams and want to make 6 hangout sessions at the same time where they should work in groups of 25 people on a whiteboard. It should be a world cafe methode so they should switch to another whiteboard after they are finished and another group continues the work on their board. How can we handle that? Is it possible and what plan and setup do we need for that? thx and cheers Stefan

Hello everyoneHaving read quite a few posts on ‘bring everyone to me’, I want to make sure I understand it correctly.If I am in presenting mode, I would want everyone to focus on what I’m showing, hence will use ‘Bring everyone to me’.However, as soon as a participant so much as click on the board they will stop following me, and will get lost in the presentation, and therefore the solution is to screen share (e.g. via Zoom) for the presentation, and then for them to go back to their boards?If this is the case and unless I’m missing something, would it not make sense for a user to have to explicitly unfollow rather than unfollow by accidentally by clicking on the board?
