Hi, I already can invite as many people I wish with the free plan but only I can edit 3 boards. So i would like to subscribe to Consultant to have more than 3 boards but i would like to be sure that i can invite many people as with the free (even if they cannot use the pay features). Regards, Germán.
I have integrated my google drive with Miro, and I’m now able to search and add google docs, sheets, and slides directly into my miro board. However, when I click on the edit button, I get an error message that reads: Why is this happening? How do I get to edit my files from within Miro?
Our company has several pockets of licensed Miro users established as separate teams. I can’t figure out how to provide access to my board for people outside of my team without using a public link. (I don’t want to use public links.) Miro prompt me to add these already licensed people as additional licensed users on my team. This makes no sense and is really annoying. Can anyone help?
Hi all, I have a new Miro board, and have enabled the voting plugin with 5 votes per person, however when i share my board with other users, they don't see the voting session i set up… is there something im doing wrong? Shouldnt users just be able to click the link to the board and start voting (even as guests?)? PLease let me know if you have tips/tricks. Thanks! Jenna
Hi, We’re running a POC on Miro and would like to understand how we can achieve the following; One of our third-part developer companies already have a Miro account We would like them to access our instance / Teams / Boards, using their own account/sign in without having to burn our own licences Is this achievable? Thanks in advance Martyn
I uploaded a file to the ‘saved folder’. It seems that I can only link the file if its on the board. Is there a way to link a file in the saved folder without putting to on the board? And if so, how? More detail: Im using this board as a production/workflow. So I would like to add proposals to each box. It would be a lot of proposals sitting on the board that I think are unnecessary if I can link to them in the saved folder.
Can you give some advice about the prerequisites for rendering fonts in SVGs. 3 scenarios: The font is referenced in svg. Renders in other svg viewers, not with Miro. <svg viewBox="0 0 500 500" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" xmlns:bx="https://boxy-svg.com"> <text x="73.871" y="160.562" style="white-space: pre; fill: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Permanent Marker&quot;; font-size: 28px;">haha</text></svg> The font is embedded as glyphs in svg. Yesterday I used the Screen Sharing function and it worked perfectly, though the app rebooted when I clicked on the Video conference icon. My partner tried it too and he had the same issue. I don’t know if it’s a bug or what it’s going on? I tried it on the Miro App installed on a Mac. Thanks :)
Hi, I was using Miro earlier under consultant plan (1 Team Member) and I cancelled my subscription in March. I wanted to upgrade now from Free to Team Plan (2 Team Members), and I tried to do it from my dashboard. For some reason the upgrade popup didn’t give me an button to upgrade to Team (2 members), only an option to reactivate the consultant plan. I then went to homepage and from pricing, ended up purchasing the team plan for 2 (20$ per month plan) After that I can’t seem to find seem to find this reflect on my account, my previous boards remains locked, I can’t add team members as it is asking me to pay under consultant plan. Its been very confusing overall and I would like some help to sort this out. Thanks in advance, Zijah
Hi, I’m trying to upgrade my free plan to a consultant plan. However, when I log in I do not see an upgrade button in the upper right corner. Clicking on the consultants plan on the pricing page sends my computer in a loop searching on my dashboard, with no result. Can any one help here? Many thanks, Koen
We’d like to use Miro for a session upcoming Monday to get interaction into a session. We just checked the tool and were wondering if there is a private editing mode with external guests at Miro as we do not want the attendees to make an account by themselves. Is there any opportunity to have a private Miro session with a secure link or a public link with a password? Thanks for your support!
I will be holding a workshop within shortly with 100 people, I consider myself as fairly experienced in holding workshops for teams (5-25 people) but haven’t done anything this big before. My setup is Zoom + Miro, do you have previous experience of running workshops at that size? Hit me up with your best practices. Best regards, Johan
Hi Guys - we are using Miro boards to capture information which could potentially be sensitive in nature (mainly healthcare related) - is there any way / or are there any plans to password protect boards? - this is really a ‘must have’ in terms of academic research ethics.
I have a problem with cards : I try to associate an action (= card), to a personn who is contributing to the board. But, when I click on the icon (:who), I have no choice, only my name, even if we are 4 people working on the board (there isn’t any list, with names of people contributing) these people don’t belong to my team, but they have been invited with the link, and have registered with their email. One more information : I have already facilitated a session, and created such cards ( with attribution of people for each action), and now, it doesn’t work !! what’s happening ? Thank you in advance, Florence
Hi there! Like so many others I am confused about the different pricing models. I work for a IT consulting company. We would like to start to use Miro for workshops with our clients. Normally, there will be two consultants in one workshop and several people from the client. If we think about using the business plan, does it mean we need at least to buy 20 licenses? Does team member mean that you can create boards, whereas guest editors can only work on the already created boards? Thanks Ines
