sometimes in post-its, the words have bad breaks…
Is there a feature for hyphenation?

One way to avoid this with sticky notes is to set the type face size to “Auto” so that the size will reduce based on the length of the sentence and individual words entered.

Even on Auto, hyphenated words split (unlike the Ctrl+Shift+”hyphen” behaviour in MS products).
I guess without a clear definition of “bad breaks”, I can only assume this is what the poster was referring to:
