When moving one block under others, everything moves together, what can be avoided?

Unfortunately, that behavior is as designed to allow sufficient white space between each branch of a mind map. There are a lot of enhancement requests logged against Miro’s mind map capability so I’d suggest searching the wish list for a matching one and upvote it.
