don't have "Change to Free Restricted" menu

I want to change some users from Full to Free restricted but it doesn’t have that menu like it article: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018622159-License-management-on-FLP-subscriptions#:~:text=As%20a%20Company%20Admin%2C%20you,Full%20member%20or%20Revoke%20Restricted.

only ‘change to guest’ appears


how to fix it, please suggest

Please note that the Free restricted license is only available on the Enterprise plan with Flexible Licensing Program. Based on your screenshot, however, it looks like your plan may be either of the following:

  1. Business plan
  2. Consultant plan (to be depricated)
  3. Enterprise plan without Flexible Licensing Program

If you’re on the Enterprise plan and interested in FLP, please contact our team for more information.
