Question

Can't view board (it isn't private)

Novice here. I got invited to join a board and I can’t see it. It is from a free account so should be public.

All I see when I click it is a grey screen with the grey animated logo.

@Amy Sledge -

Were you prompted to create a Miro account when you clicked on the invitation link?

How are you accessing it - Google Chrome is one of the supported web browsers, Internet Explorer is not?

Kiron

Thanks for the questions.  I got the invite in slack and made an account.  I can see the right boards...but as I said, when I click on them it doesn’t work.  I have seen the board on screen share so I know that it exists.

Yes, using chrome.

This is what I see once I click on the board.

@Amy Sledge -

Can you try clearing your cache and restarting the browser to see if that works?

Alternately, are you able to download the Miro app for your PC or Mac and try to access the board that way?

If neither of these approaches seems to work, I’d recommend contacting Miro support here: Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center

Thanks. I tried in “incognito mode”.  Have submitted a ticket.

Hi Amy, did you get a solution to this? I am having the same problem and can’t view my boards. Thanks.

@rachel.smith - If you are using a browser, you may want to try:

You could also try one of the Miro desktop apps.
