Dark Mode / Night ModeOpen

Miro is fantastic on a massive screen. It’s like you can see, arrange and rearrange your mind in 2d. The bright background and colours work well for feeling energised, fresh, and productive early in the day. For those of us who get more done during the night, however, the brightness can feel glaring and have the opposite effect, causing fatigue, especially with extended use.It feels like a godsend to night-owls that the software industry is finally recognising our needs with dark mode being added to everything. While the implementation would understandably be no small task, I, for one, would greatly benefit from dark mode being added to what has become a fantastic tool in my work and lifestyle.Thank you for Miro, and the Wishlist,Walter

Hello Miro Team, I am pretty sure you guys on fire now with huge demand for your product, but Miro need an offline mode for iPad, it is just not possible to use it if connection interrupted, people are using this not only for constant collaboration, there a lot of people who do some preparation for projects, and these situations not really need the connection. But when you can’t use the app it is the most frustration time, when you start thinking why such smart people couldn’t figure out this. Do not listen PMs if the telling you this is not what customers need! We need this! We need to be able to work with app in any conditions. this do not has to load everything, just have some sort of buffering of last sessions, we need this mode to add something new, not to view old. Hope to see it soon. Ed

Folders (directories) in projectsIn Development

Organizing boards in projects works fine, but it’s not enough when you want to use Miro as a serious archive for ideas, project documentation and company knowledge. I observe that if there are more than 5-7 elements per directory, it becomes less and less usable. Every single initiative we start, creates 2-5 boards. And it’s just one initiative in one of our products. Without directories, project view becomes a mess and is completely unusable. For me, it’s absolutely essential to maintain a basic structure of our knowledge and lack of directories is a significant blocker. I think especially nowadays, when the whole world works remotely, there’ll be more and more boards that will desire the comfort of a cosy directory. :)

[RESOLVED] Anyone else having issues with deleted board contents?

Hey all, When I opened one of our workshop boards today I noticed that 95% of the content was missing: There were probably more than 50 frames on the board, all disappeared without a trace. The weird thing is, not everything was gone. Two frames remained, one seemingly intact, the other one missing content as well. These two frames are the last ones I worked on yesterday, and the frame that looked complete was the last one I touched. It looks like everythings older than that has vanished.I first assumed that one of my teammates might have deleted something by accident, but when I checked the activity feed, I couldn’t see any deletions. The last changes where made by me, and when I stopped working yesterday, the board was fine. I tried everything, web client, browser version, I asked others to double check – but the content is definitely gone (at least for the time being).I have already created a support ticket, but I was wondering if anyone experienced something like this before and fo

Hi!I have a case with a complex flow with multiple steps, each step is a set of sticky notes that sort or overlap. I have been copying and pasting each step. If something changes I have to change it in all the copies, though this could be easily done with layers. Thank you,Johnatan

How to revert changes

Hi! I accidentally selected all the items on my board, deleted them and then refreshed the page. Now there is now undo button. I never downloaded a backup so I can’t restore the board. Is there a way to revert the board to previous state?

Has anyone tried Planning Poker in Miro?

If you are not familiar, Planning Poker lets your development team choose from a range of options (usually numbers that indicate complexity) and then at the end of the voting, those numbers are revealed and the discussion starts. The voting plugin in Miro is very basic, since it only gives a general count of all votes but we all need to know who voted what number to better discuss. Any thoughts on how to do this on Miro? Maybe there’s something I’m missing.

Text on Sticky notes not showing on Export

When I am trying to export a frame as a vector pdf, the text on the majority of the Sticky Notes on the board disappears and does not show on the pdf. Does anybody know why this is happening and how I can get around this? Thank you.

Copy & paste not working

I copy image from Photoshop and it appears in Miro. Now i want to copy it back but Ctrl+C do not copy image back to clipboard. Its very hard for concept artist use Miro as reference board/mood board tool because its hard to copy content back from it to professional software.

Trackpad Zoom Not responding

As of around 11am this morning the two finger pinch for zoom isn’t working. I’ve switched back and forth between navigation modes, closed out and logged back in, but nothing is working. Anyone having this problem? Any fixes?

Can't Group Different Types of Objects

Before the latest update, I could group any objects on the board with other objects - frames, shapes, text, sticky notes, images. Today, I can only group objects of the same type. Half the time I add something different now, the option to group disappears.Sometimes I can group different types of objects, but it seems arbitrary - I could group 2 text boxes with multiple shapes, but when I added the third text box, the ability to group disappeared. Sometimes I can’t add a different type of object at all without the ability to group disappearing. If I select multiple types of objects at once with the left click&drag, I don’t get the option no matter what.Is this broken for anyone else? Is this a bug with the latest update?

How to set up Miro Education if you teach multiple classes

Hi, All:I teach three different classes. I’d like students in class A to see and edit a collection of boards during the semester. I’d like students in class B to see and edit a completely different set of boards. Same for class C.Since the Education plan doesn’t support multiple teams, the solution that I came up with is to use Projects as a way to organize boards for each class.Since I’m new to Miro it took me a while to figure out all the steps so I thought I’d share in case it helps anyone else get up to speed quicker.Please comment if you have other suggestions.

Что-то случилось с моим тарифным планом и возможностям работы

Сегодня что-то случилось с моими возможностями работы. Например, еще вчера я могла дать ссылку с правом Edit на 1 из 2 моих досок, сегодня у меня такая возможность закрыта словом betta и меня кидает на тарифный план, где Free - до 3х досок с возможностью Edit. Но я не использовала эти 3, у меня всего 2…. Вообще не понимаю, что случилось за ночь… я начинаю паниковать, где еще произошли изменения и закрытие для меня тех возможностей, которыми еще вчера я пользовалась?
