Request for Immediate Cancellation and Payment Dispute

Dear Miro Support Team,I am writing to request immediate cancellation of my subscription and assistance with a payment issue.I subscribed to the paid plan but used it for only a few hours before deciding to cancel. I attempted to cancel the subscription right away. Frames keep disappearing and being copied/reordered

I use frames inside my board, and lately Miro keeps deleting frames, cloning frames, and sometimes reordering frames (which could, perhaps, be a combination of cloning and deleting). I don’t do anything fancy (eg. manually reordering frames); this just happens. It also seems to be happening at an increased rate lately. Unfortunately it makes Miro essentially unusable for me, since I often want to refer to previously-created frames…Any suggestions?

I can change the color of old icons but not of new..

Hi,I have some icons added to a board a while ago. I can change the colour of the left icon (see image 1) which is an icon that has been on the board quit a while. However when I add new icons from the iconfinder library I can only change the color of the border (see image 2) I think i am using the same icons from the same icon library, but i am not sure. Is this an old feature that got removed? Am i doing something wrong? This is my favorite feature that really save a lot of time for me.

I tried the new Flip Card beta. I can create a flip card but I am unable to add text to it. When I click on the card and try to type text, nothing happens. Its like the keyboard input is not recognized. I get keyboard shortcuts but no text.

Change to SSO board ownership not working.

I created a board while I had a log in and password. Company then switched to single sign on, and although I am still the owner of the board I am unable to edit it and all I get is a link to request access….which doesn’t come to me. I am not sure what I can do now to unlock the board and get the ownership working correctly. I tried logging in with my email and password and it suggested I should be using sso and not logging me in. Not sure where to go from here.

all text from sticky notes deleted

Dear MIRO colleagues, I established a board for my lectures - 20 students are using it. ‘Suddenly’ it seems that all text from Sticky Notes (only the text, not the notes; and no text from text boxes or other forms) was deleted. Do you have any idea:how this can happen? how to restore this (could not find anything in the history; the history is also rather long as 20 students are working on their group works here)Would be grateful for useful hints thanks and bests, Christian

Infinite loading in Russia last 2-3 weeks

I've been teaching mathematics to students on the Miro board for the last two years. It's an excellent board with wonderful functionality. A problem has been occurring for about a month. Sometimes without a VPN, it's impossible to access Miro at all. Please tell me, is the problem on Miro's side or has the government decided to block yet another useful resource?I'm attaching a log from the browser console. At the end of the log, I turned on a VPN and the site loaded.

Getting Started an Exercise in Controlling Frustration

OK, I cannot open a board or do anything with this software. I am logged in and none of the tutorials I have viewed are of any use. All they do is tell me just how great miro is and what I can do with it. But if you can't open a board to get started, you can do nothing with it. So is there anyone out there that can help me get started from zero?
